Some doors close quietly. Others need to be shut with both hands.
This circle is a space to finally end the chapters, relationships, beliefs, or identities you’ve been holding onto — the ones that feel heavy, unfinished, or no longer yours.
Through movement, reflection, and a symbolic closing ritual, you’ll be guided to release what’s ready to go and step into the space you’ve been craving. And end with a guided meditation to help you see and step away from what’s ready to go, and a mini sound bath to settle your body into the safety of the new space you’ve created.
