Service Description

this is not just an hour to lie down and relax. it’s a guided reset a conscious choice to pause, release, and reconnect with yourself through a blend of practices designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system. each session is uniquely shaped around you. sometimes we focus on one method, other times we weave together a mixture of modalities. every approach is here to help you slow down, let go, and create space for something new. we may begin with guided meditation a gentle way to settle your thoughts and bring calm into the present moment. from there, you may move into the deep vibrations of a crystal sound bath, allowing stress and tension to soften as sound washes through you. through eft (emotional freedom technique) and bodywork, we release what your body has been carrying, easing patterns of stress or emotion held over time. alongside this, inner child and shadow work journalling offers space to reflect, to meet the parts of you that are calling for compassion, and to gently bring hidden layers into the light. every session closes with integration and rest blankets, cushions, and a warm drink to help you land fully before stepping back into your day. why it matters: your nervous system is the foundation of everything your energy, your sleep, your focus, your ability to show up. when it’s overwhelmed, everything feels heavier. when it’s cared for, everything flows more easily. this isn’t indulgence. it’s essential care. the kind that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.


Cancellation Policy

trauma & emotional release sometimes these practices may bring up strong emotions, memories, or sensations linked to past experiences. this is a natural response as the body begins to release what it has been holding. please note: i am not a trained counsellor, psychotherapist, or medical professional. while i will always hold space with care and compassion, these sessions are not designed to diagnose, treat, or replace professional mental health support. if you feel you need deeper therapeutic support, i may recommend that you connect with a qualified counsellor, gp, or specialist service. by booking you are entering this this agreement, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own emotional wellbeing and that you will seek appropriate professional support if needed. client responsibilities arrive on time and respect the session length booked. inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before the session. listen to your body and only participate in practices that feel safe and comfortable. understand that results may vary and are not guaranteed. practitioner responsibilities provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space. use only modalities the practitioner is trained and experienced in. respect the client’s boundaries and right to pause, stop, or decline any part of the session. maintain professional standards and duty of care at all times. cancellations & rescheduling sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. if the practitioner needs to cancel, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given. confidentiality all information shared during sessions is private and will not be disclosed unless required by law or where there is a risk of harm to self or others. consent by booking the client confirms: they understand the nature and purpose of these sessions. they take responsibility for their own wellbeing and participation. they consent to the use of eft, bodywork, sound healing, meditation, and journaling as part of the session.
